Effective Leadership in Action 

Effective Leadership in Action was a series of workshops hosted in Essex during the course of 2021-2022.

Topic: Problem Solving

Untold amounts of effort, time and resources are wasted through ineffective problem solving. ​The origin of common blocks to problem solving can be rooted in an individual’s past (education or background), but often they are part of a team or business’s culture. You’ll know that being a leader is a team sport, and so, effective problem solving isn’t up to an individual. A leader is charged with creating an environment conducive to appropriate problem solving for all to partake in. This learning journey covers some of these effective tactics and strategies.
